SEBIME informs users that it respects current law as for personal data protection, privacy of users and the secret and safety of personal data, adopting for this purpose the technical and organising measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, modification, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data supplied, given the current state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

Hence, SEBIME shall handle data according to the quality principles required by the Spanish act Ley 15/1999, of 13th of December, on Data Protection (LOPD), in a confidential manner and with the safety measures required by the Regulation of development of the Spanish act Ley Orgánica 15/1999, approved by Spanish royal decree Real Decreto 1720/2007, of 21st of December.
