For any consultation related to its services you can contact SEBIME at the abovementioned address.

The intellectual property rights of the website www.sebime.org and www.eurobijoux.org as well as its source code, design, navigation structure, database and different elements contained in it are property of SEBIME to whom correspond the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights of them in any way and, especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public notification and transformation

These general conditions govern the access and use of the site http://www.sebime.com and http://www.eurobijoux.com (hereinafter “the Website”) that SEBIME places free of charge at the disposal of Internet users. The access to this website involves its acceptation with no reservations. Besides, the use of particular services offered on this website shall be governed by the particular conditions envisaged in each case, which shall be considered accepted by the mere use of such services.

  1. 4. Visualization, printing and partial downloading of the website’s contents shall be authorised exclusively if the following conditions are met:

    • That it is compatible with the website’s purposes.

SEBIME shall carry out, as long as there are no causes that render it impossible or of difficult performance, and as soon as it is aware of any mistakes, disconnections or lack of updating of its contents, all those tasks intended to solve such mistakes, to re-establish the communication and update the contents.

SEBIME shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may come from such access or use.   1. 11. SEBIME and the user, expressly waiving any other legal system, are subject to the courts of the user’s address for any dispute that may arise from the access or use of the Website. In the event that the user’s address is out of Spain, SEBIME and the user shall be subject, expressly renouncing to any other legal system, to the courts of the city of Mahón (Spain).
